Job Description:

Cavillion is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our technical courses. Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.

  • Present and promote Cavillion’s technical courses to prospective clients.

  • Conduct needs assessments to understand the educational requirements of clients and recommend appropriate courses.

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.

  • Provide clients with detailed information about course content, schedules, and pricing.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.

  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.

  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.

  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Knowledge of the technical education sector is a plus.
