Job Description:
Cavillion is seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in driving our growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building relationships with prospective clients, and promoting our technical courses. Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
Present and promote Cavillion’s technical courses to prospective clients.
Conduct needs assessments to understand the educational requirements of clients and recommend appropriate courses.
Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively managing the sales pipeline.
Provide clients with detailed information about course content, schedules, and pricing.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement sales strategies.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to clients.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the education or training industry.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Knowledge of the technical education sector is a plus.
