Job Description:

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, implementing, and managing our digital marketing campaigns across various platforms. Your primary focus will be on social media channels and Google AdWords to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive conversions. You will work closely with the marketing team to ensure our digital efforts align with overall business objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies for social media and Google AdWords.

  • Create, manage, and optimize ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Google AdWords.

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance, providing detailed reports with actionable insights.

  • Conduct keyword research and create ad copy to optimize Google AdWords campaigns.

  • Manage social media content calendars, ensuring timely and engaging content.

  • Collaborate with the content and design teams to produce high-quality creatives and promotional materials.

  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media.

  • Track and report on key performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed to meet goals.

  • Implement A/B testing to improve campaign performance and ROI.

  • Engage with online communities, responding to comments and messages to build brand loyalty and customer relationships.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

  • 3+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media and Google AdWords.

  • Proven track record of successful digital marketing campaigns with measurable results.

  • Proficiency in using social media platforms and Google AdWords.

  • Strong analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

  • Certification in Google AdWords and/or social media advertising is a plus.
